Cindy is Director of Brand Protection at IP Services and has been providing solutions and delivering success for IPS clients since 2011. In her role as director, Cindy guides the three departments responsible for helping companies protect their IP and brand integrity. Prior to holding her current position, Cindy served as manager of IPS’ Forensics department, where she honed her analytical skills and learned all about the world of counterfeits and the bad actors who degrade the marketplace with fakes. Working at IPS has opened her eyes to the far-reaching harm caused by these crimes to brand owners and consumers alike. Before joining the company, she worked for over a decade managing people and process in the promotional products and retail apparel industries and then spent several years out of the workforce to raise her two children.
Cindy earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1990.
When she’s not fighting the good fight, Cindy likes to cook, read, and play fetch with her dog. She loves spending time with her kids and supporting their activities–cheering them on at football game half-time shows, cross country meets, concerts, and marching band competitions. She is actively involved in the school’s marching band booster association and has also been a volunteer leader with the Girl Scouts for 10 years.
