Katrina Kita

Katrina is a Senior Manager in the IPS Fraud Department. She started working at IPS in 2010 after responding to an ad for a ‘corporate support services’ position. Over the last 9 years, she has served in various roles on the Fraud Team, including as a subject matter expert and program manager. She enjoys the challenge of onboarding new projects for clients, particularly where there are opportunities for creative problem solving and bringing organization and structure to processes.

Katrina graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies from Mercyhurst University. Her coursework in Intelligence Studies helped set her up for success at IPS, as it offered information collection and analysis experience with real-world application.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her family. She especially enjoys NWPA summers, as she gets to enjoy time outdoors, going for walks at Presque Isle or taking her toddler and dog to the park with her husband.
